On March 8, International Women's Rights Day, Il Sole 24 ORE Group renews its commitment to gender equality with an extensive cross-media editorial program involving print, digital, radio, podcasts, events, and cultural initiatives. This initiative confirms a consistent and ongoing cultural and editorial vision based on inclusion, the promotion of female talent, and the overcoming of stereotypes, which is an integral part of the Group's identity.

This ongoing commitment over the years is evidenced by the significant milestone reached by Alley Oop, Il Sole 24 Ore's multi-author blog dedicated to issues of diversity and equality in the workplace and society, which will celebrate ten years of commitment and information in 2026. On March 8, a special edition of Il Sole 24 Ore, both in print and online, will be dedicated to women's rights in the workplace, accompanied by cultural and sports content, including an interview with Italian speed skating champion Francesca Lollobrigida. Radio 24, in addition to covering women's rights issues in its various programs, offers the podcast “Mi chiamo Cristina” (My name is Cristina), dedicated to Cristina Trivulzio di Belgiojoso and her often overlooked role in the battles of the Risorgimento. Rossana de Michele's podcast, narrated by Ambra Angiolini, will be presented in Milan at Palazzo Reale on March 18 at 6 p.m.

There is a wealth of books on female leadership, with two new titles added this year: “Letters from Great Women” by Lucinda Hawksley, a selection of letters, thoughts, experiences, and achievements from some of the most influential female voices ever, and “No One Outside the Code: Women Who Are Rewriting AI” by Alessia Canfarini and Simona Rossitto.

Also scheduled for March 8 is a painting workshop dedicated to well-being through art, “Slow Art. Slow down, observe, create!”, organized by 24 ORE Cultura at Mudec.

Alongside its publishing initiatives, the Group promotes female empowerment throughout the year through various initiatives, including the annual Women at the Top event and the associated Women Excellence Award, created through a collaboration between 24 ORE Eventi and the Financial Times, with Sky TG24 as media partner, dedicated to promoting women's talent.

This commitment is carried out by the 24 ORE Group not only through its publishing initiatives but also in its corporate culture, and has led to it becoming the first publisher in Italy to obtain Gender Equality certification.
